Florida Director of Operations
We are Jeremiah and Lynn Cronin and we have made our home in Florida since 2005. We relocated from the Northeast, leaving our snow shovels behind, and have embraced the amazing Florida lifestyle with our four terrific kids and our beautiful new granddaughter.
Estate Inventory Services was founded in Northern Colorado by Bonnie and Joe Blackburn in 2016 to assist families and professionals with a comprehensive approach to estate liquidation, downsizing, taking inventory, and other tasks related to the home transition process.
They have created a well-trained organization of empathetic and compassionate team members who value helping others through difficult situations.
As Director of Florida Operations, Jeremiah has worked in many areas of the Real Estate industry and is currently licensed in Real Estate, Insurance and Auctioneering.
