Estate Inventory Services is a comprehensive home-transition company that collaborates with legal, financial, real estate, funeral, and other experts. Their services cater to clients who are undergoing significant life changes such as death, divorce, relocation, and other related circumstances.

Cleanout Service

Estate Inventory Services visits the property and estimates the amount of time and resources required for the clean -out project.

We will discuss your goals, and timeline for completing your project.

A deposit is collected, the contract is signed, and the date for clean-out is set.

On the date of the clean-out, our team will come to the home and remove the agreed upon items, or entire home contents. We recycle, donate, or trash items with little to no value.

If we come across items that have value, we will put them in one of our online auctions, and you will receive a percentage of the proceeds.

House is left as agreed upon in the contract.

Online Auction

Initial Phone Consultation & Schedule a time to meet with you.

Estate Inventory Services visits the estate and identifies what we are able to sell. At this meeting, we will assess our set-up fee to conduct the auction

The date for auction photography and preparation is set and the contract is signed.

The amount of time it will take to photograph the auction will depend on how many items there are to sell. An average house takes our team 2 - 5 days of photography.

The online auction will typically be “live” for 10 - 20 days.

Buyers will be given the address and time for pick up. (One day, usually a 4-hour window) Our team is fully present to orchestrate the pick-up process.

House is left as agreed upon in the contract.

We pay our clients within 30 days of the auction pick-up conclusion.

Home Inventory

Estate Inventory Services visits the property (or works from photos that you send us) and estimates how long it will take us to complete a home inventory.

We will discuss your goals and timeline for completing your project.

A deposit is collected, the contract is signed, and the date for the home inventory is set.

On the date of the home inventory, our team will come to the home and photograph the agreed-upon specified items, or entire home contents.

Upon completion of the home inventory, our confidential report will include photographs, tags, and auction estimate values (upon request).

Your report is available in both PDF and digital versions, both will be provided to you.
