Our Story

Joe and Bonnie Blackburn, founded Estate Inventory Services in 2016. They shared a deep empathy for the challenges faced by people in their community during life transitions.

Witnessing the overwhelming stress people experienced when downsizing, clearing out a home, or dealing with the loss of a loved one, Joe and Bonnie knew they had to do something to help. They recognized that beyond the logistical challenges, there was a profound need for emotional support and guidance during these difficult times.

Determined to make a difference, Joe and Bonnie pooled their skills and resources to create Estate Inventory Services. Their mission was simple: to provide comprehensive assistance to individuals and families navigating major life transitions.

 

Moreover, Joe and Bonnie understood that professionals such as attorneys, realtors, accountants, trust officers, and personal representatives often turned to them to fulfill their responsibilities in estate management.
